The National Chairman of the , , has given details of the close relations his party has with former Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, who was also the (NPP) presidential candidate for the 2024 Election.
Speaking in a recent interview, Asiedu Nketiah said that he can never consider Dr Bawumia as an enemy even though he is now a key figure in the opposition NPP.
He said that the late mother of the former vice president was once one of his women's organisers, with some of her children holding key positions in the NDC and even in governments formed by the party.
He even stated that Dr Bawumia's father was chairman of the Council of State during the government of the late former President Jerry John Rawlings. "His mother was my women's organiser.
