The Founder and Leader of the Believers Worship Centre, Stephen Adom Kyei-Duah, also known as "Second Chance," has finally settled the church's outstanding indebtedness of GH¢308,741.16 to the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG).

According to the ECG, the amount of GH¢308,741.16, which formed part of the church's accumulated bill, necessitated the disconnection of power to their premises on August 26, 2025.

A statement issued by the Accra West Management of the ECG clarified that the church has now been reconnected to the national grid as electricity power has been restored following the full payment of the said amount by the church.

The statement also disputed claims by Stephen Adom Kyei-Duah that his church was being targeted after power supply to the church was cut off by the ECG.
