The Chief of Staff has encouraged Ghanaian youth to remain focused, determined, and resilient in their pursuits, stressing that they have the capacity to achieve their goals.
Speaking at the National Youth Conference held from September 4-5, 2025, at the Pentecost Congregation Centre in Gomoa Fetteh, Central Region, Debrah reminded participants that success requires dedication and belief. "Success is not an accident, it is born of focus, hard work, and faith," he said.
He urged young people to embrace the "God factor" in their daily lives, emphasising that being created in God's image endows them with the ability to create and achieve. "Man was created in the image of God; therefore, you carry within you the power to create, to build, and to achieve," he noted.
Sharing his personal experience, the Chief of Staff advised the youth not to despise humble beginnings but to persevere and believe in their potential. "No beginning is too humble.
