Flagbearer aspirant Kennedy Ohene Agyapong has disclosed that each of the five contestants in the New Patriotic Party's flagbearership contest paid an extra four million cedis after paying for the filing fees.
According to him, the party is currently broke eight months after leaving power and therefore is doing all it can to find resources.
