The Africa Prosperity Network (APN), a company founded by New Patriotic Party (NPP) stalwart , has reportedly sued Sankofa Advisory Group, the purported owners and organisers of Africa Oil Week (AOW), over a contract involving the government of Ghana.
According to a report by asaaseradio.com, APN seeks to recover US$300,000 in unpaid service fees for work it carried out for Sankofa Advisory Group between 2024 and 2025.
The report indicated that Gabby's company has accused Sankofa Advisory Group of terminating its partnership agreement on the Africa Oil Week programme in bad faith.
APN claimed that the group cancelled the contract under the pretext that it was being pressured by the government to do so.
