The Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) has reportedly arrested Kofi Akpaloo, a presidential candidate in the 2024 Election and leader of the Liberal Party of Ghana (LPG).
According to a report by citinewsroom.com, the arrest of Kofi Akpaloo has been confirmed by his family members.
The report indicated that Citi News' family sources disclosed that he was picked up from his home in Kumasi.
They said they do not know the reasons behind his arrest, adding that his current whereabouts are unknown.
