Ahodwo R/C Basic School in the Atwima Nwabiagya South Municipality of the Ashanti Region is in a deplorable state, posing significant risks to the safety and well-being of its students.
Adding to its dilapidated nature are the activities of Wee Smokers, who have turned the only public basic school in the area into a place of smoking.
The school's infrastructure is characterised by cracked walls, destroyed windows and doors, and a lack of toilet facilities.
Residents in an interview with OTEC News Reporter, Kwame Agyenim, on Monday said, despite a previously constructed classroom block remaining unfinished, the school's condition continues to deteriorate.
