The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has cleared all 12 aspirants seeking to contest the party's parliamentary primary in the Tamale Central Constituency, scheduled for Saturday, September 6, 2025, at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium.

The vetting, led by the party's Deputy General Secretary, Barbara Serwaa Asamoah, concluded on August 31, after which balloting was conducted to determine the order of candidates on the ballot.
