The Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Christian Tetteh Yohonu, has met with the Special Operations Team deployed to Bole, urging them to remain steadfast in their mandate to safeguard peace, law and order in the Savannah Region.

The engagement took place during a strategic visit by the team to the Savannah Regional Police Headquarters in Damongo.

Addressing the officers, the IGP delivered a motivational message, reminding them of the need to remain professional, disciplined and committed to duty.

He stressed the importance of vigilance, proactive policing and ethical conduct, while underscoring the team's crucial role in ensuring lasting peace in the region.
