Osman Bukari scored in Austin FC's 3-1 win over San Jose Earthquakes on Saturday night at Q2 Stadium in the MLS.
The Designated Player opened the scoring in the 12th minute by rifling into the far post.
Nico Dubersarsky won the ball from midfield, and Owen Wolff drove forward before playing in Bukari with a perfectly-weighted through ball.
Before half-time, Bukari initiated the move which set up Myrto Uzuni, another Designated Player, to double the lead.
