Vice President of IMANI Africa, Kofi Bentil, has attributed the persistent irregularities in the Auditor-General's reports to what he describes as years of poor political leadership.
Speaking on The Key Points on TV3 on Saturday, August 30, Mr.
Bentil expressed concern over the recurring payroll fraud and financial infractions uncovered annually. "We are seeing these irregularities every year because of the poor political leadership we have had over the years.
It's sad that we continue to have issues about payroll fraud," he said.
