The Deputy Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Justice Srem Sai, has dismissed claims that the Attorney General's Office has lost crucial evidence in the ongoing criminal trial of the Republic versus Adu-Boahene and three others.

In a social media post on August 28, 2025, he clarified that all necessary documents to prosecute the case were filed by June 18.

According to him, these documents include contracts of sale, bank wire transfer records, bank account statements, company registration details, property ownership records, purchase receipts, INTERPOL stolen vehicle records, caution and charge statements of the accused persons, records of asset non-declaration and a flow chart tracing money movement through multiple bank accounts.

He explained that the prosecution will also rely on testimonies from three witnesses. "Further, court certified copies of each of these documents have been duly served on each of the Accused Persons.
