The Palestinian Ambassador to Ghana, Ahmed Al-Khalil Al Satari, has expressed profound gratitude to President for donating 40 metric tonnes of humanitarian aid to the State of Palestine.
The aid, comprising assorted premium Made-in-Ghana Golden Tree cocoa products, aims to alleviate the suffering of Palestinian civilians in Gaza.
During a press conference held at the Palestine Embassy in Accra on August 28, 2025, Ambassador Al Satari emphasized that the conflict in Gaza is not a religious conflict but an "apathied and continuous genocide and killing of unarmed Palestinian civilians, mainly women, children and journalists".
He cited UN reports, stating that approximately 28 children are killed every passing day, with a total of 62,966 casualties, including 28,000 children, 20,000 women and 88 civilians.
