The Acting Chief Justice of Ghana, Justice Paul Baffoe-Bonnie, on Thursday, August 14, 2025, appointed private legal practitioner Felix William Ograh as a Notary Public.

The brief swearing-in ceremony, held at the Supreme Court in Accra, marks a significant milestone in his illustrious legal career.

As a Notary Public, he is now vested with authority in accordance with the Notaries Public Act, 1960 (Act 26) to administer oaths, certify documents, attest to the authenticity of signatures and perform official acts in commercial matters, such as protecting negotiable instruments.

In his twelfth year at the Bar, his appointment attests to his unwavering commitment and dedication to justice and the rule of law.
