Former MP for Anyaa Sowutuom, Dr Dickson Adomako Kissi, has responded to accusations of tribalism by urging the (NPP) to confront the realities of the Bawku conflict and its implications for the party's electoral fortunes.
Speaking on Channel One TV's Breakfast Daily on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, Dr Adomako Kissi stressed that candid discussions backed by data should not be misconstrued as ethnic or sectarian attacks. "Being candid and straightforward with data is not a sin.
When you refer to data, you are not being tribalistic, and religious aspects should not come into play," he said.
His comments come amid growing debate over the party's performance, following criticism that raising concerns about the Bawku conflict equates to tribalism or religious bias.
