Ghanaian youngster Daniel Adu-Adjei has completed a permanent transfer to Croatian top-flight club HNK Rijeka, signing a four-year contract from English Premier League side AFC Bournemouth.
The 19-year-old striker makes the move in search of regular first-team football after emerging as one of Bournemouth's brightest academy prospects in recent seasons.
Adu-Adjei enjoyed a prolific spell with the Cherries' Development Squad, netting an astonishing 25 goals in just 16 appearances during the 2024/25 campaign.
His goal-scoring instinct and consistent performances earned him senior team involvement during pre-season, where he impressed with a fine strike against Everton in the Premier League Summer Series.
