Former Minister of Information, Fatimatu Abubakar, has lambasted the National Coordinator of the District Road Improvement Programme (DRIP), , over his past criticism of former President and his government.

According to Fatimatu Abubakar, Nii Lantey consistently questioned the legacy of the Akufo-Addo-led administration, yet today, he is a beneficiary of one of the former president's key initiatives.

She explained that his current appointment under the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) was made possible by a programme created during 's tenure.

Without it, she argued, the former Odododiodio MP would have been jobless.
