Renowned private legal practitioner Samson Lardy Anyenini has emphasised that effective communication is essential to deepening Ghana's democratic journey.
Speaking at CoMSSAFest 2025 at the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) under the theme "The Role of Effective Communication in Deepening Our Democracy," he stressed that communication is not merely an academic subject but a critical pillar of the country's democracy. "I know as communicators, I would do the wrong thing if I attempted to teach you what effective communication is about," he said, noting that participants were already well-versed in the field.
He defined effective communication as the process of delivering a message in a way that ensures it not only reaches the intended recipient but is also clearly understood. "It certainly must be simple.
There must be clarity so that it can be received," he explained.
