The 2025 JoySports Invitational Tournament kicked off in spectacular fashion at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium, drawing 50 corporate institutions into a vibrant showcase of athleticism, teamwork, and camaraderie.

The event opened with a 5km health walk, led by Chief of Staff Julius Debrah, who was joined by musician Kwabena Kwabena, Director of Diaspora Affairs at the Presidency Kofi Okyere Darko, African Paralympic President Samson Deen, and other dignitaries.

The walk set the tone for a day that blended fitness, fun, and fierce competition.

In his remarks, the Chief of Staff encouraged Ghanaians to embrace sports as a way of life. "We need to inculcate the habit of engaging in lots of sporting activities.
