The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has released the provisional results of candidates who sat for the 2025 BECE for School Candidates.
In its statement issued on Saturday, August 23, WAEC confirmed that 177 candidates had their entire results cancelled, while 718 others lost some subject results over examination malpractices.
Additionally, 93 candidates had their entire results withheld and 1,240 had certain subject results withheld, pending investigations.
The Council further noted that subject results from candidates in 119 schools have been cancelled, while those from 87 schools remain under scrutiny.
