Private legal practitioner Martin Kpebu has challenged Kennedy Agyapong's claims of being self-made.
According to him, the businessman became who he is because of government contracts.
To Martin Kpebu, if every Ghanaian is given the opportunity of having government contracts, everyone will be rich.
