Former Accra Lions defender Christopher Acheampong has joined Bulgarian outfit PFC Montana in the summer transfer window.
The 25-year-old signed a deal to join Montana on loan from CSKA 1948 for the rest of the 2025/26 season.
Acheampong moves to The Glory in search of regular game times after struggles to command a place at CSKA due to injuries. "CSKA transfers Christopher Acheampong to Montana until the end of the 2025/26 season.
The 25-year-old right-back will have the opportunity to accumulate important playing minutes and continue his development with constant practice.
