Reports linking former Dreams FC striker John Antwi with a switch to Asante Kotoko appear to be premature, as the club is yet to officially contact the player.
Antwi, who boasts a wealth of experience both in Ghana and abroad â particularly in Egypt where he featured for clubs like Al Ahly, Ismaily, and Pyramids FC â has recently been linked with a move to the former Ghana Premier League champions.
However, sources close to the player reveal that no formal approach has been made by the Porcupine Warriors.
Kotoko, currently reshaping their squad ahead of the upcoming season, have been monitoring attacking options, but Antwi's situation remains unresolved.
