Hearts of Oak centre-back Ransford Mensah has boldly declared that the Phobians will not rely on penalties to win the upcoming Homowo Cup clash against Heart of Lions on Sunday, August 17.
Recalling last year's dramatic shootout victory in the first edition, Mensah said the team is determined to get the job done in regulation time this year.
He credited their preparation and the tactical guidance of their coach as key reasons for their confidence. "We need to win it for Hearts of Oak supporters.
