Hearts of Oak defender Ransford Mensah has set his sights on delivering a regulation-time victory for the Phobians in the upcoming Homowo Cup, urging fans to turn out in large numbers to support the team.
The Phobians will face Heart of Lions on Sunday August 17 for the much-anticipalted encounter.
Speaking to Ghana Premier League reporter Shaban Mohammed, Mensah reflected on the inaugural edition of the tournament, where Hearts triumphed on penalties.
While grateful for that win, the defender stressed that this year, the aim is to secure the trophy without the need for a shootout. "We need to win it for Hearts of Oak supporters.
