The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has reaffirmed its strict stance against betting on local football competitions, declaring that no betting company is permitted to take wagers on any of the country's domestic leagues.
The directive applies to the Ghana Premier League, Division One League, Women's Premier League, and all other domestic competitions.
The move forms part of the FA's broader strategy to safeguard the integrity of Ghana football and protect matches from manipulation or undue influence.
The Association urged the public, stakeholders, and clubs to report any violations of the ban, warning that strict legal and regulatory action will be taken against offenders.
