Osagyefo Ernest De-Graft Egyir, a member of the National Economic Dialogue Committee and a native of Saltpond in the Mfantseman Municipality of Ghana's Central Region, has pledged to collaborate with the youth to establish a University College in Saltpond.
As the Founder and President of the Mfantseman-Saltpond Development Alliance (MSDA), Osagyefo De-Graft Egyir expressed concern over the absence of a University College, limited job opportunities, and other developmental challenges in Saltpond.
Speaking to MyNewsGH.com reporter Hajia Asana Gordon shortly after the inauguration of the Mfantseman-Saltpond Development Alliance and the 1st Saltpond Homecoming Festival (SaltpondFest), he appealed to the government to construct a modern University College in Saltpond.
