Newly appointed Dreams FC head coach Winfred Dormon has set his sights on achieving significant success with the club while positioning himself for opportunities at the highest level of football.
Dormon, who has been associated with Dreams FC since 2013 in various capacities, formally took charge in July 2025, succeeding Karim Zito.
His long relationship with the Still Believe lads has seen him guide the team from the Division Two League to Ghana's second tier in the 2015/16 season, before contributing to their promotion to the Ghana Premier League as part of CK Akonnor's backroom staff the following year.
Over the years, he has worked under multiple head coaches, including Vladislav ViriÄ, Ignatius Osei-Fosu, and Zito.
