Winfred Dormon says he is eager to bring his own tactical approach to Dreams FC after being appointed head coach ahead of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.

The long-serving club figure, who first joined Dreams FC in 2013, replaces Karim Zito, under whom he served as assistant for several years.

Dormon's association with Dreams FC spans over a decade, during which he guided the side from Division Two to the second tier in 2015/16 and later contributed to their promotion to the top flight as part of CK Akonnor's technical team.

He has since worked under coaches Vladislav Virić, Ignatius Osei-Fosu, and Zito, playing a role in the club's historic run to the 2023/24 CAF Confederation Cup semifinals.
