Italy-born Ghanaian forward Martin Boakye has joined Turkish outfit Boluspor in the summer transfer window.  The 30-year-old forward signed a one-year deal to join the second-tier side after leaving Thailand giants Buriram United.

Boakye arrives with enormous experience and will be expected to play a role in Boluspor's quest for topflight promotion this season. "Our club has signed a one-year contract with Martin Boakye.

Born on February 10, 1995, in Valdagno, Italy, the Italian-Ghanaian striker began his youth career at Ponte dei Nori and Solesinese.

He began his professional career in 2016 at Kitzbühel in Austria, before transferring to Hohenems, Kitzbühel again, and then Jeunesse Esch in Luxembourg," wrote Boluspor announcing his capture. "He played for Slaven Belupo in Croatia in 2020, and for Andijon and AGMK in Uzbekistan in 2021.
