The Minority in has extended heartfelt condolences to the families of the eight people who tragically lost their lives in a recent military helicopter crash.
In a statement signed by Minority Leader Alexander Afenyo-Markin, as sighted by , the group described the incident as a national tragedy.
It urged Ghanaians to honour the fallen by rallying behind the Armed Forces and contributing to national unity and development. "Let us honour these eight souls by supporting our Armed Forces, protecting Ghana's environment, and working together for our nation's security and prosperity," the statement read.
The Minority further called on citizens to turn their grief into a renewed sense of purpose, rooted in public service and collective responsibility. "Let us channel our grief into renewed determination to build the Ghana they envisioned, a nation where public service is viewed as a sacred trust and every citizen contributes to our national progress," it added.
