Former Majority Leader in Parliament, Osei Kyei-Mensah Bonsu, has categorically denied making insensitive statements about the victims of the helicopter crash.
A social media post alleged that he said the NDC could grieve for the victims, but the NPP would be campaigning.
However, in an interview with Joy FM, Kyei-Mensah Bonsu vehemently refuted the allegations, saying, "I have never made any such statement...
I cannot, and you know that this is most unlike me." He emphasised that the tragedy should be seen as a national bereavement.
