An emotional scene unfolded at the Takoradi residence of Naval Lieutenant Ewuradwoa Kumi-Kyeremah, widow of the late Flying Officer Malin Twum-Ampadu, one of the eight individuals who lost their lives in the tragic Z9 military helicopter crash on Wednesday, August 6, 2025.
In a video circulating on social media, Lt.
Kumi-Kyeremah, a psychologist at the 2nd Garrison in Takoradi, is seen weeping in her military uniform while seated in a chair.
Standing solemnly beside her is the Western Regional Minister, Joseph Nelson, flanked by senior military officers, offering words of comfort and support.
