Manhyia has denied meddling in the affairs of the office of the special prosecutor.
In an interview on Opemsuo Radio which is the media outfit of Manhyia, an official of Manhyia denied influencing the decision to vary his bail and subsequent release from detention.
According to the representative of Manhyia, the palace has a way of doing its things and clearly they do not place calls to institutions to influence their decisions.
He explained that if Manhyia will undertake any of such thing, it will be in writing from the Chief of Staff of the palace or the King's secretaries.
