Former Deputy Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture, Mark Okraku-Mantey, has warned (NPP) flagbearer hopeful , urging him to desist from making disrespectful remarks about industry players, particularly in the entertainment and tourism sectors.
According to Okraku-Mantey, had previously belittled the contributions of individuals working in the ministry, suggesting they knew nothing about the sector, a comment he finds insulting.
He noted that the MP's remarks stemmed from the fact that his son was organising an event and claimed to understand the tourism space better.
Okraku-Mantey stated that such comparisons are unfair and amount to a lack of respect for experienced professionals.
