Reacting to the recent demolition of a warehouse linked to McDan, Titus Nii Kwartei Glover lashed out at those behind the move, calling them "cowards." According to him, President Mahama is grappling with the challenge of job creation for the country's growing unemployed youth.
He argued that private individuals who are taking the initiative to create employment and support national development should be encouraged and not targeted for political reasons. "If someone is using his personal resources to employ hundreds, support sports like football and boxing, and train young people in entrepreneurial skills through educational initiatives, why should politics be used to sabotage such efforts?
They are cowards," Glover stated.
He praised McDan's Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives across sports, education, and entrepreneurship and urged the public to recognise the impact of such private contributions toward solving Ghana's employment crisis.
