Lawyer for Paul Adom-Otchere, Lenin Anane Agyei, has given indications that his client is not barred from using his media platform "Good Evening Ghana" on Metro TV to set the records straight on his issues with the Special Prosecutor, Kissi Agyebeng.
According to Agyei, Adom-Otchere, as an experienced broadcast journalist, has every right to inform his followers and the entire country about what transpired when the OSP invited him.
Lawyer Agyei, in an interview on Channel One TV, disclosed that Paul Adom-Otchere has always used his platform to set the record straight on issues that he is fully abreast of, and that he has every right to do so in his own case.
He stated, "I think it is not out of place for him to put them [facts] out there, especially so that the public themselves can make a decision on whether these happenings are related to invitations that turned into arrest or direction that turned into arrest and detention affair". "I think he owes it a God given duty to inform the public on the facts related to the matters under contention as he knows it".
