Private acknowledged practitioner and Upper East Regional Chairman of the administering (NPP), Lawyer Anthony Namoo, has argued that accustomed that the presidential candidates of the two ascendant political parties in this year's acclamation are both from Northern Ghana, it would be astute to accept the applicant who has the abeyant of confined for a best time.
