Former Board Chairman of the Ghana Airports Company Limited (GACL), Paul Adom-Otchere, has described the Office of the Special Prosecutor's (OSP) decision to invite him for questioning over a revenue assurance audit contract as an act of "witch-hunting." Speaking on Joy FM's Newsnite on Monday, July 29, Mr Adom-Otchere insisted that the concerns raised by the OSP are management-level issues, not matters within the remit of the board he once chaired.
In a letter dated July 25, 2025, the OSP identified Adom-Otchere as a suspect in its probe into alleged corruption and corruption-related offences involving a contract between GACL and a private firm. "My initial reaction would be that there's a witch-hunt.
I just hope that I'm wrong because the issues that are being investigated are purely management issues.
Its not really a Board chairman issue," he explained.
