President John Dramani Mahama has lauded the Black Queens for their historic performance at the 2024 Women's Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON), describing their bronze medal triumph as a symbol of national pride and progress.

Speaking at the Jubilee House on Tuesday during a courtesy call by the team, President Mahama commended the players for their discipline, dedication, and the unity they displayed on the continental stage.

The Queens, led by CAF 2nd Vice President and GFA President Kurt Okraku, were accompanied by Sports Minister Hon.
