Aspiring PRINPAG Organising Secretary, William Sarpong, is on a mission to deliver active, servant-centered leadership that empowers members through practical support, stress relief, and skill-building.
Under the banner "I Am to Serve," Sarpong's campaign highlights tangible initiatives aimed at capacity building, mental well-being, and communication improvements across PRINPAG's diverse membership. "My mission is simple: to make sure every member feels heard, supported, and empowered to thrive in their work," said Sarpong during his campaign rounds.
Among his plans are: Organising annual retreats to reduce work stress and encourage bonding.
Hosting training sessions and workshops tailored to modern journalism challenges.
