Chairman of the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC), Asiedu Nketia, has urged the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to retain Alexander Afenyo-Markin as the party's leader in Parliament.
He is of the view that Afenyo Markins, as the minority leader, will help the NDC win the 2028 election with ease.
Chairman Asiedu Nketia explained that his actions in and out of Parliament continue to sink the NPP deeper, and therefore keeping him there will serve the best interest of the NDC. "I have to commend the NPP for keeping Afenyo Markin as their leader in Parliament.
They should not change him because he is making a significant contribution to our course.
