England forward Michelle Agyemang, who has Ghanaian roots, has been named the Young Player of the Tournament at the UEFA Women's Euro 2025 in Switzerland.
The 19-year-old Arsenal striker made only brief appearances, playing a total of 138 minutes without starting a match, yet proved vital in England's title-winning run.
Her late equalisers against Sweden in the quarter-finals and Italy in the semi-finals helped the Lionesses reach the final, where they eventually edged Spain on penalties in Basel to retain their European crown.
Agyemang, born in England to Ghanaian parents, continues to rise as one of the brightest young talents in women's football.
