Youngster Riis Opoku Twumasi is expected to undergo a medical on Tuesday as he closes in on a move to Aduana FC.

The 19-year-old is set to join from Berekum Chelsea after both clubs reached an agreement, with the transfer forming part of Aduana's plans to reinforce their defence ahead of the new season.

Twumasi has earned plaudits for his performances at the youth international level and in the domestic league, with Aduana viewing the young defender as a long-term prospect under the guidance of head coach Cioaba Aristica.

His potential switch comes as part of a broader squad rebuild in Dormaa, following the recent acquisitions of goalkeeper Obeng Sekyere Gregory and striker Mizack Afriyie, both of whom also joined from Berekum Chelsea.
