The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has confirmed that the preliminary round draw for the 2025/26 CAF Champions League and Confederation Cup will take place on August 12, 2025, in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

In an official statement, the continental football governing body revealed that the first-leg matches for both competitions will be played between August 15 and 18, with the return fixtures scheduled from August 22 to 25, 2025.

Ghana will be represented by Bibiani Gold Stars in the CAF Champions League following their historic Ghana Premier League triumph.

Asante Kotoko, who recently secured their 10th MTN FA Cup title, will compete in the CAF Confederation Cup.
