Morocco captain Ghizlane Chebbak has claimed the Golden Boot at the 2024 CAF Women's Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON), finishing as the tournament's top scorer for a second straight edition.

The 34-year-old netted five goals across the competition, earning the prestigious PUMA Golden Boot and cementing her status as one of the continent's most consistent performers.

The achievement comes three years after she first won the award at the 2022 edition.

Chebbak, daughter of 1976 AFCON winner Larbi Chebbak, continues to write her legacy, this time in the women's game, where she has become a defining figure for Morocco.
