Correspondence from the Northern Region Iddrisu Khadijah, a 26-year-old pilot from Savelugu in the Northern Region, has become a Private Pilot License holder after receiving her license in July 13, the African Aviation Advocates (A3) has announced.
Iddrisu Khadijah who won the 2022 Miss Damba Beauty Pageantry in the Northern Region received her license on July 13 to become only the second female pilot in the region.
With her private pilot license, the young woman can now fly privately, carrying passengers or cargo.
In an emotional message, Khadijah recalled how challenging her aviation journey has been, saying that she had to pause for two years before finally getting her license.
