Ghanaian rapper Kweku Smoke is receiving widespread praise online after fully covering the cost of a life-saving spinal surgery for a KNUST student in need.
The student, Osman Awudu Abu, a final-year BA History student, required GH¢66,000 for urgent medical intervention to prevent permanent nerve damage and loss of mobility.

True to his word, the rapper has now settled the full amount needed for the procedure.
