Former striker of the women's national team, Samira Suleman, has praised the fighting spirit of the Black Queens despite their defeat to Morocco at the Women's Africa Cup of Nations.  Ghana lost to the hosts on penalties in a grueling encounter at the Olympic Stadium in Rabat on Tuesday.

The Black Queens had taken the lead through Stella Nyamekye in the first half but a second half strike from Sakina Ouzraoui forced the game to extra time and eventually penalties.

Evelyn Badu and Comfort Yeboah missed from the spot as Ghana failed to reach the final.

Despite the disappointment.
