Black Queens midfielder Jennifer Cudjoe has switched her attention to the third-and-fourth place game against South Africa following the team's semi-final defeat to Morocco.  Ghana were denied a place in the final after suffering a 4-2 penalty shootout loss to the hosts in Rabat on Tuesday.

The Black Queens who were hoping to reach the final for the first time since 2006 saw their dreams dashed after Evelyn Badu and Comfort Yeboah missed from the spot following a 1-1 draw after 120 minutes.

Ghana had opened the scoring through Stella Nyamekye in the first half before Sakina Ouzraoui levelled for the Moroccans in the second half.

Cudjoe, one of the standout performers on the night, expressed pride in the team and hopes to end the tournament with a bronze medal. "I am just proud of the team because we did not give up.
